Mentorship has been demonstrated to be the most effective tool for things like diversity equity and inclusion, as well as for success in the workplace. Dr Shoval believes that mentoring and teaching has one of the highest return on investment (ROI’s) and often ripples far beyond the impact that you can see.
Voting time! Dr Shoval presented two equally impactful proposals to help children with disabilities and members voted. The winning proposal? “Let’s Move NJ!” 🏆
On the last day of Negotations Class (an MBA class at Rutgers Business School, we had fun with the class voting for the “Most ___” awards. I received the “Most Creative” (i.e. “best at developing unique and integrative solutions”) One of my favorite parts of this class was finding creative solutions so that both parties maximized their benefit. I truly enjoyed “expanding the pie.”
